Olympia le Tan unveils second Frida Kahlo collection

Second launch was timed to coincide with International Women’s Day earlier this week.

Barcelona-based Art Ask Agency has revealed a second launch from luxury bag brand, Olympia le Tan for Frida Kahlo.

The launch of the second collection of designer bags was timed to coincide with International Women’s Day earlier this week (8 March).

It includes new models of the hand embroidered silk thread and felt appliqué bags in Olympia le Tan’s distinctive style.

Olympia le Tan reimagines classic book covers and transforms them into artisanal clutches and accessories.

“It’s the best news when licensees renew their collections,” commented Maria Strid from Art Ask Agency. “It confirms the popularity of the licence and the commercial success of the product collaboration.”
