Now Vans teams with NASA for new range

Space age collection will launch in Footlocker from November 2.

Vans is continuing with its high profile collaborations, teaming with NASA for the launch of a new ‘space age’ collection.

Launching in Footlocker from November 2, the range will be focused around Vans silhouettes Old Skool, Sk8-Hi MTE and Slip-On and will showcase the NASA logo, over the wording ‘John F. Kennedy Space Center’, according to Fashion United.

In addition, Vans has also incorporated space travel-related wording such as ‘shuttle’ and ‘mission’ embroidered onto tabs at the tongue of the trainer, as well as removable US flag patches at the back.

The collaboration is the latest in a line for Vans – it has also recently partnered with Van Gogh Museum, as well as Disney to mark the 90th anniversary of Mickey Mouse.
