Now Tango-inspired popcorn hits retail

Yumsh Snacks uses two Tango flavours in new Poptang range.

A new range of Tango-inspired popcorn is hitting retail shelves, further expanding the brand into new categories.

Yumsh Snacks – the company behind Ten Acre gourmet crisps and a popcorn range featuring flavours such as Cousin Penelope’s Strawberry and Cream – has launched Poptang, using the Apple and Orange Tango flavours.

The company’s ceo, Tony Goodman, said that the brand is about to make “a fruity explosion” in the snack world.

“Yumsh Snacks are renowned for their premium-quality popcorn and ‘Free From Plus’ credentials,” he said. “These have been intrinsically woven together with two sensational flavours from Tango – an iconic UK brand. The result is a fizz-tastic new snack, which will tang the socks off the nation.”

The popcorn will be available in 20g and 70g bags.

In May, Joe & Seph’s launched official Marmite flavour popcorn.
