CPLG has bolstered its UK team with two promotions and two new appointments. Stacy Scimia has been promoted to retail and category director UK and will head up the UK retail team, as well as oversee the softlines categories. Laura Rowland has joined the agency as category manager for softlines, arriving from French Connection where she held the role of licensing manager. Meanwhile, Emily French Ullah has been promoted to category director hardlines and publishing. Reporting into Emily is Deborah Skeffington who recently joined as sales executive for hardlines and publishing.

Sanrio has teamed with iconic moisturiser brand Créme de la Mer, giving it a Mr Men Little Miss makeover. Little Miss Miracle has been created exclusively for the collaboration and makes her debut in a limited edition Créme de la Mer.

Fenwick Newcastle has turned to The Snowman for inspiration for its Christmas window this year. The ‘We’re Walking in the Air’ animated display was unveiled last week. As part of the collaboration, the store is launching a number of special edition anniversary products this month including a Snowman 40 year anniversary bauble, soft toy and hardback book among other gifts.

CPLG is now on board as the licensing agent for the emoji brand in France and Greece.

Xilam Animation has appointed Licensing Works as its US agent for Oggy and the Cockroaches.

Health and beauty specialist Kokomo has partnered with emoji in the UK for a new range of products. The line will be launching in 2019 and will include toiletries, dental products and accessories.

A trio of new partners are now on board for the Pikmi Pops brand. Bulldog Licensing has secured Roy Lowe & Sons, The Design Group UK and Dreamtex.

Boat Rocker Rights is to represent the licensing for Trulli Tales in the UK and Eire. The animation is aimed at 4-7 year olds and currently airs on Disney Junior in the UK. It will launch on Tiny POP in Q4.

Merchantwise Licensing – on behalf of Epic Rights – is developing a licensing and merchandising programme to tie in with KISS‘ final Australian and New Zealand tour in 2019.

CBS Consumer Products has unveiled a broad line-up of new Charmed product to celebrate the franchise and its recent return to TV. The products – ranging from a first season Blu-Ray to apparel, graphic novels, gift and novelty items, figures and jewellery – will expand the brand at retail and tap into generations of fans.

Season five of ALVINNN!!! & the Chipmunks has been given the greenlight. PGS Entertainment – the global series distributor (excluding France – has secured Nickelodeon (for international channels including the US, excluding Brazil) and Telequebec (French) nd Family Channel (English) in Canada.
