Big Picture Licensing – headed up by well known industry execs, Tom Roe and Dan Frugtniet – has been appointed as exclusive licensing agent for UK & Eire and master agent across EMEA and APAC for Glowberry’s Brave Bunnies property. Aardman – which came on board earlier this year as global content distribution partner – has already placed Brave Bunnies with various international broadcasters including Milkshake and Nick. Jr in the UK. The animated preschool show has already gone live in some territories, with further international roll out scheduled during Q1 2021. When it comes to licensing, BPL joins Be-Nerd (Ukraine), DeAgostini (Italy) and LaPanaderia (master agent LATAM). BPL has already signed up the first wave of leading agents in its regions – WildBrain CPLG (Benelux, Nordic, CEE & Southern Europe), CLM (Africa), Centa IP (Australia/NZ) and Mediogen (Israel) – and is now working with Glowberry to secure further agents in key APAC territories.
Poetic Brands has teamed with Sunny Side Up to create a new ‘Let’s Get Lyrical’ range of baby, kids and adult apparel. The range will include baby layette fashion daywear and nightwear, children’s daywear, outerwear, nightwear and essentials, swimwear, towelling ponchos and beach towels, adult daywear, outerwear, nightwear and essentials, swimwear and beach towels, along with hard and soft shell suitcases, luggage and bags.
In addition, Poetic Brands has also added Cyber Group Studios’ Gigantosaurus to its portfolio following a deal with bRAND-WARD.
Circa Contemporary Circus has joined forces with Aardman to create a new circus theatre production for audiences of all ages called Shaun the Sheep’s Circus Show. The show’s world premiere will take place in Queensland at QPAC’s Lyric Theatre in March 2021.
RHS has teamed up with Dexam to launch the first ever RHS children’s homeware collection. Called the Home Grown Children’s Collection, the range includes backpacks, lunch bags with matching drinks bottles, lunchboxes, children’s aprons, toddler messy play aprons and children’s eating gift sets.
