Science Museum Group and The Monster Factory have teamed up to create their first licensed range of stationery for children, launching in John Lewis & Partners across the UK this summer. The stationery range – inspired by space – includes sticky notes, notepads, floating pens, erasers and keychains, toy rockets and space shuttle kits. The products feature imagery of the solar system, astronauts and the Milky Way.

Rocket Licensing has highlighted the success of a summer-long partnership with the National Trust for a Beano-themed family event held at Mottisfont in Hampshire. The Beano Time Travellers Exhibition launched on July 20 at the former priory and country estate and has welcomed over 45,000 visitors so far. The five-room exhibition – featuring 60 pieces of original artwork from the Beano archives and original Beano pop-art by Horace Panter – runs until September 8.

As part of the multi-faceted campaign celebrating Batman’s 80th anniversary in 2019, DC will be attending BlogOn Toys for the first time this September. The event takes place on September 21 at The Coppid Beech Hotel Bracknell, Berkshire, which coincides with Batman Day. Now in its sixth year, the BlogOn Toys 2019 event looks set to welcome 200 social media influencers, as well as parents of the country’s top kid influencers from across the UK.

University Games and Paul Lamond Games are preparing to launch a range of Game of Thrones gifts at Autumn Fair next week. Visitors will get to see 3D puzzles of three of the epic landscape locations from the series including Red Keep, Winterfell and King’s Landing.

Jetpack Distribution has appointed Marie-Laure Roche as interim global head of sales. Marie-Laure will be covering for Gillian Calvert Ridge while she is on maternity leave. Based in London, Marie-Laure – who has previously held positions at Mattel and Cake Entertainment – officially joins the company on September 1.

LicenseWorks is celebrating after being named as one of the Top 20 Global Licensing Agents in 2019 by License Global. This marks the first time that an Indian agency has made an appearance in the listing.
