Bits and Pixels has been founded by former Konami execs Sandra Arcan and Su-Yina Farmer.
Two former executives from Konami Digital Entertainment are now looking to deliver new brand extension opportunities to video games properties, with the formation of a new agency.
Bits and Pixels has been founded by Sandra Arcan – who many in the industry will know from her time at Konami as senior licensing and merchandising manager EMEA – and Su-Yina Farmer (previously European brand coordinator and communications manager at Konami).
In addition, Sandra has also previously held roles at 4Kids Entertainment, Nelvana and Fluid World.
The new agency is dedicated to delivering bespoke, intelligent brand extension for some of the world’s most iconic and well-loved gaming franchises.
The duo are looking to ‘put the heart and creativity’ into video games licensing, by placing the fanbase at the centre and aiming to match the innovation that the games industry is known for.
Sandra commented: “We have extensive experience in both licensing and video game publishing, but just as important: we are gamers and proud of it!
“We understand what fans want and how they identify and connect with their favourite games.
“We want to take video game brands to new and exciting places, reaching new audiences and inviting more people to enjoy the compelling worlds that these games create, with a highly resonating licensing programme.”
