Myne Cards extends National Gallery partnership

Company renews successful deal for its contactless protection products.

Myne Cards has kicked off the New Year by extending its licensed collaboration with The National Gallery.

The company – which specialises in contactless bank card protection – has renewed its deal following a successful first two years.

Myne Cards provides contactless protection cards which sit next to your bank cards to prevent the data being scanned.

“To continue this partnership shows how much we value leveraging our licence in exciting new areas, while maintaining the heritage of our brand,” sais Judith Mather, buying and brand licensing director of the National Gallery Company. “With such a vast range of paintings on show and high numbers of visitors expected at the Gallery in 2019, we look forward to the year ahead.”

Keith Milburn from Myne Cards added: “The National Gallery Company licence really demonstrated the power of licensing as we were able to more easily introduce a new product to the market, with familiar eye-catching paintings fitting perfectly on our Myne Cards.”

The deal was brokered by Jane Evans from JELC, who commented: “It’s a real indication of the value of licensing when we see licensors and licensees continuing their partnership.”
