Co-branded kidswear collection launches in stores and online from Monday February 10.
The Roald Dahl Story Company and Natural History Museum have collaborated with Marks & Spencer on a new co-branded kidswear collection.
Launching in stores and online on Monday February 10, the apparel range features much-loved characters from one of the nation’s favourite authors alongside animal facts from one of London’s top attractions.
The Extraordinary Explorers collection includes 30 garments featuring sweatshirts, t-shirts, shorts, leggings and dresses.
“Roald Dahl was a huge lover of the outdoors and this came through in abundance via his adored characters and stories,” said Rebecca French from The Roald Dahl Story Company. “We are delighted to combine Roald Dahl’s iconic stories and his love of nature with the Natural History Museum’s scientific expertise to create a range that is fun and engaging.”
Maxine Lister, head of licensing at Natural History Museum, added: “We are very excited to work with two brands that share our love of the natural world and our sustainable approach to licensing.
“This fabulous collection encourages future generations of explorers everywhere to love nature through engaging graphics and fascinating facts.”
Selected M&S stores will promote the range with bespoke window displays across lead kidswear stores, while an edit of the pieces will also be available from the Natural History Museum gift shop.
