Morris & Co links with LA fashion house, PAIGE

LA fashion brand, PAIGE has unveiled its new autumn collaboration with heritage interiors brand, Morris & Co.

The company has paired its silhouettes with Morris & Co’s hand-drawn prints in what it describes as a ‘moody’ colour palette, creating a capsule collection with a romantic, yet edgy British rocker vibe.

There are eight limited edition styles including two dresses, three blouses,  suit and a pair of coated flare jeans.

PAIGE’s Holland dress, Vittoria dress and Arianne blouses have been given a fresh update in the Pimpernel print, while the Chelsee blazer and High Rise Lou Lou trouser are pitched as the ‘perfect’ autumn suit in a lustrous velvet.

The Vyenna top, meanwhile, has been updated with the Mallow print, an elegant hibiscus floral design.

“I am delighted to be partnering with the Sanderson Design Group for a second time for our Morris & Co. x PAIGE collaboration,” commented Paige Adams-Geller, co-founder and creative director at PAIGE. “The attention to detail behind Morris & Co. prints is unparalleled, and I know our customers will love this chic update to some of their PAIGE favorites. Thank you to the Morris & Co. team for helping this collection come to life.”

Lisa Montague, ceo of Sanderson Design Group, added: “We’re so excited that our heritage brand, Morris & Co., will be partnering with PAIGE across a delightful clothing range. Morris & Co.’s designs have an irresistible arts and crafts look and enduring appeal which we think will translate beautifully into the contemporary fashion space.

“PAIGE’s commitment to using high quality materials in their production complements Morris & Co.’s proud history of craftsmanship and slow, thoughtful design. Morris & Co. has been an icon of British design since it was born in 1861, and the partnership with PAIGE is a great opportunity to share the brand’s archive-powered and lovingly crafted pattern with global audiences.”
