Monopoly-themed game experience hits US

Hasbro and gaming app Lucktastic team for event in Madison Square Gardens, New York.

A Monopoly-themed game experience is set to take place in New York today (January 5).

Brand owner Hasbro has joined forces with US gaming app, Lucktastic for the experience, which will take place in Madison Square Gardens and will be broadcast live on Facebook, reports Campaign.

Players simply need to roll the dice to win Lucktastic merchandise and gift cards.

Mark Blecher, svp for digital gaming and licensing at Hasbro, said: “Whether fans play face-to-face, on mobile or online, there is a Monopoly experience to fit every lifestyle.

“We are excited to collaborate with Lucktastic on their interactive game show so that fans can connect with Monopoly in a fun, new way.”
