This year’s theme is Licensing: 2025 – the technological, social and commercial forces shaping our business world.

LIMA has revealed the agenda for its upcoming MindMix event, which will this year be held in London.

The one-day executive event aims to bring together senior licensing executives to meet and exchange ideas on top level issues.

This year’s theme is Licensing: 2025 – the technological, social and commercial forces shaping our business world.

The trade body has organised a mix of presentations and moderated discussion groups throughout the day to blend important, cutting edge information with the opportunity to exchange perspectives and experiences, as well as discussing upcoming market challenges.

Presentations will include:

  • The Intersection of Consumer & Brand: How and Why it’s Changing – Vanella Jackson, ceo, Hall and Partners
  • FutureThink: Breaking Down the Characteristics of Successful, Adaptive Companies – Stephanie Wissink, md, research analyst, consumer, Jefferies LLC

Meanwhile, a series of roundtable discussions will also take place on topics including The Future of Employment in an AI World; Data Protection and Brexit: Legal Questions Shaping the Future; Why CSR Will Matter Going Forward; Generations Under the Influence(r); Why Blockchain Matters; and Global Trends in Consumer Attitudes and Spending among others.

“We’re really pleased to have MindMix come to the UK after two great events in Berlin (pictured) and Milan in previous years,” Kelvyn Gardner, md of LIMA UK told The Source. “LIMA’s MindMix is a unique chance for senior licensing execs to meet and exchange ideas on top-level issues that will affect all businesses in the years to come.

“It’s an opportunity to network at this senior level and take part in round-table discussions, moderated by experts in their field, and to hear a variety of powerful keynote addresses.”

Kelvyn continued: “This year’s theme is Licensing: 2025 – the technological, social and commercial forces shaping our business world. I can tell you that this is an event for serious players and not to be missed. Topped and tailed by a networking dinner on the eve of the one-day conference and cocktails rounding it all up, please join us for fun, facts and the future.”

MindMix 2018 will be hosted by TCC Global on June 27, with a cocktail reception sponsored by Octane5.
