Marianne James has taken on a new role for Nickelodeon UK and Ireland, becoming vp commercial partnerships, consumer products and experiences.
A new position for the company, Marianne’s remit will cover consumer products, brand and commercial partnerships, events and sponsorships.
She will also manage the Nickelodeon relationship with Sky Media and oversee the work of Nickelodeon’s creative unit. Marianne will report to Ron Johnson, evp international CP, Viacom International Media Networks, and Alison Bakunowich, general manager, Nickelodeon UK and Ireland.
Ron commented: “Marianne has done a fantastic job within her consumer products and retail role, spearheading innovative strategies and partnerships.
“With this new role, Marianne will be key in making our properties work hard for us and our partners by aligning sponsorship and product opportunities so that we provide a seamless, effective service across all commercial opportunities.”
With Marianne’s new role solely focused on Nickelodeon UK & Ireland, Nickelodeon & Viacom Consumer Products has appointed Felix Ruoff to the role of vp, sales and marketing EMEA & MENA CP.
