Love Island opens the doors to first ever pop-up shop

Love Island fans are in for a treat this summer as TV’s most talked about show opens the doors to its first ever Love Island Pop-Up Shop at Bluewater Shopping Centre on Tuesday 25 June, running for an exclusive four-week period.

Love Island’s 11th series is currently airing on ITV2 and ITVX every Sunday-Friday at 9pm amassing over 46.3 million streams. The launch episode was also watched by 3.3 million viewers.

The new pop-up shop will give fans an opportunity to purchase a variety of synonymous products seen on screen including the iconic water bottles.

Unique personalisation will also be made available in store for fans to leave with their own bespoke Villa essentials. The Love Island Pop-Up Shop will also feature a range of summer-ready products all inspired by the show.

“We are thrilled to be opening a space in Bluewater for our loyal fans to get their hands on some exclusive Love Island merch and live their best Islander life this summer,” commented Mike Spencer, creative director for Love Island. “From water bottles to collections inspired by the show, we have you covered on what will be must have accessories for summer 2024.”

Jurian van der Meer, evp brand licensing, global partnerships at ITV Studios, added: “We’re excited to bring the Love Island shop to life in a physical space, since we launched in 2017, our online shop has been a huge hit with fans, and now, for the first time, fans will be able to shop in person, and collect personalised merch on the same day. It’s a fantastic opportunity to connect with our audience in a new and exciting way.”

To celebrate the grand opening, the shop will be officially opened by Amy Hart, star of Love Island Season 5 and current co-host of the Love Island Morning After Podcast. Fans are invited to meet Amy at 5pm on opening day next Tuesday 25 June at Bluewater Shopping Centre.
