Loot Crate inks Sanrio and WWE deals

Company adds to its partnership-focused crates at Licensing Expo.

Loot Crate has expanded its licensing programme further, signing up both WWE and Sanrio to its partnership-focused programme.

The company – which has over 600,000 recurring subscribers worldwide – is a direct to consumer, distribution platform for entertainment and lifestyle brands.

It is currently showcasing select crates at Licensing Expo this week in the Character & Entertainment zone.

The new deals will see Loot Crate introduce a bi-monthly WWE crate, featuring exclusive collectibles, apparel and home goods.

In addition, Sanrio fans will have access to a special crate celebrating Hello Kitty, Chocolate, Keroppi and more characters.

“We are expanding our celebration of fandom in all its forms, and we are excited to announce our partnerships with WWE and Sanrio. We will introduce a bimonthly WWE crate, featuring items that will appeal to WWE fans worldwide,” said David Voss, Chief Creative Officer at Loot Crate.

“Each crate will feature exclusive collectibles, apparel and home goods. Look for more details as Loot Crate and WWE launch this exciting crate later this summer.”

David added: “Sanrio has nurtured their fan community for more than 40 years, spanning generations across the globe.

“The fan base they’ve built is the perfect audience to embrace the Loot Crate experience and we’re thrilled to bring Hello Kitty and more Sanrio characters to fans worldwide.”
