LIMA lends support to new Dubai licensing show

International push continues with backing of new March 2017 event for MENA region.

Industry trade body LIMA is lending its support to a new show for the fast growing MENA region.

The new licensing event is being organised by Hussein Ftouni, LIMA’s representative in the Middle East and North Africa.

It is expected to take place in Dubai on March 14-15, 2017.

The news comes hot on the heels of LIMA’s support for Licensing Expo China, which was announced with UBM and Alifish during Brand Licensing Europe.

LIMA is also working with UBM on Licensing Expo Japan, which is due to take place in Tokyo from April 26-28, 2017.

“LIMA recognises the potential and significance of the MENA region, and it is our goal as the leading trade organisation for the global licensing industry to provide this market with the most meaningful opportunities to grow,” commented Charles Riotto, LIMA president, in a statement.

Further details on the new show will be made available in the coming weeks.
