The Miffy & Friends Charity Cycle Challenge has now raised over £70,000 for industry charity.

The fundraising total for the epic 300-mile cycle ride from London to Utrecht in aid of The Light Fund has now passed the £70,000 mark.

Readers who attended last month’s Licensing Awards will have seen a special video showcasing the ride, which was originally an idea spearheaded by Rainbow Designs’ Anthony Temple and supported by DRi’s Alicia Davenport and Stephen Gould from CPLG.

Along the way the team – made up of 43 riders from across the UK and Dutch licensing industries – had to tackle soaring temperatures, broken bones and obstacles galore, all in the name of charity.
