Lifestyle brand Hype to open first flagship store

The brand will use new Carnaby Street outlet to preview global collaborations and offer a ‘state of the art’ shopping experience.

London’s Carnaby Street will play host to the first ever flagship store for lifestyle brand, Hype.

Opening in August, the two floor outlet will aim to offer a ‘state of the art’ shopping experience, according to the brand.

It will offer first previews of global collaborations in dedicated launch zones, exclusive collections, a customise creation space to personalise product and interactive clothing displays such as the reusable Bottle & Backpacks Wall of Fame.

The brand’s sustainability journey – 1 order = 1 tree planted – will be showcased with live updates and insights into the Hype forest.

It will also highlight justhype.com’s signature digital Vault in a physical state, with customers able to shop limited edition garments.

On top of this, there will be a selfie booth offering visitors ‘virtual insanity to get your Hype on’ and a reactive game station with prizes on offer. The raised floor will also double up as an artist stage for live performances.

“This year we’re celebrating 10 years of HYPE., being a primarily online lifestyle brand, we’re bringing HYPE to reality with our first ever UK flagship store in the heart of Carnaby,” commented Liam Green, co-founder and creative director. “We’re excited to take our customers with us on this journey, creating a state of the art shopping experience channelling our brand story through innovative experiential retail.”
