Lidl readies licensed back to school deals

Character backpacks, lunch boxes, umbrellas among ‘Thursday Highlight’ offers.

The long school summer holidays have yet to begin, but Lidl is already thinking ahead, including several character licences in its back to school ‘Thursday Highlight’ offers.

The value retailer is set to kick off the back to school offer on Thursday July 21.

Products will include backpacks, lunch boxes, drinks bottles, umbrellas and waste paper baskets.

Licences featured will include Frozen, Star Wars, Minions, Minnie Mouse, My Palace Pets, Cars and Spider-Man.

A character toy assortment will also include water squirters, torch projectors and drawings board, featuring brands such as Frozen, Cars, Planes and Finding Nemo.
