Licensing set to play key role as PG Live opens its doors

PG Live 2022 opens its doors today (7-8 June), with London’s Business Design Centre ready to play host to wide range of greeting card publishers, retailers, overseas distributors and suppliers.

The show will see a host of buyers presented with the freshest collections and newest greeting cards launches – with licences playing a key role.

While key names such as Danilo and UK Greetings will be making the most of character-led portfolios, design-focused licensing will also be taking centre stage, thanks to a range of publishers including The Art File, Brainbox Candy, Cardology, Danilo, Deva Designs, Emotional Rescue, Funko, Hype, Museums & Galleries, Penny Kennedy, Tache, UK Greetings and more.

However, licensing also works both ways at the show. Anyone looking to licence designs for use elsewhere should keep their eyes open for the ‘Licensing Friendly’ exhibitors – of which there are over a whopping 70 exhibitors which have noted themselves as interested in licensing on the current exhibitor list.

Visitors to PG Live are requested to please register in advance. However, if you are retailer, you can also turn up and register on the door.
