The one-day event returns to New York, taking place immediately following the New York Toy Fair, and will feature more opportunities to network with industry experts than ever before.

He will share insights into the ways emerging strategies in group licensing, sponsorships and partnerships are opening new frontiers in the world of sports licensing.

Additional speakers will include experts from Brand Liaison, FanGirl Fashionista, League One Volleyball, NBA, NFL, Octane5, Podqi, Rebel Girls, Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC, RWS Global, Sports & Fitness Industry Association (SFIA) and The Ohio State University among others.

The agenda for this year’s event covers a number of important areas of focus for the category including the growing popularity of women’s sports; the keys to connecting with Gen Z and Gen Alpha sports fans; a holistic look at retail and consumer insights; and the next big thing in sports.

“Sports licensing continues to be a crucial tool in creating valuable connections between fans, teams, and brands,” commented Maura Regan, president at Licensing International. “At the 2025 Sports Licensing Summit, we will discuss innovation and creativity in product development, as companies strive to meet the diverse interests of consumers, and how meaningful brand collaborations not only enrich the fan experience but also expand these sports properties into entertainment, fashion, lifestyle and more.”
