Trade association, Licensing International is set to host the 3rd annual Sports Licensing Summit on 5 March 2025.
The one-day event returns to New York, taking place immediately following the New York Toy Fair, and will feature more opportunities to network with industry experts than ever before.
Ahmad Nassar, ceo at Winners Alliance and executive director of the Professional Tennis Players Association (PTPA), will serve as a keynote speaker at the event. He will share insights into the ways emerging strategies in group licensing, sponsorships and partnerships are opening new frontiers in the world of sports licensing.
Additional speakers will include experts from Brand Liaison, FanGirl Fashionista, League One Volleyball, NBA, NFL, Octane5, Podqi, Rebel Girls, Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC, RWS Global, Sports & Fitness Industry Association (SFIA) and The Ohio State University among others.
The agenda for this year’s event covers a number of important areas of focus for the category including the growing popularity of women’s sports; the keys to connecting with Gen Z and Gen Alpha sports fans; a holistic look at retail and consumer insights; and the next big thing in sports.
