Licensing International India and License India kick off webinar series

The Licensing Room is aimed at aspiring entrepreneurs and will discuss key business categories.

A new webinar series co-hosted by Licensing International India and License India has kicked off this morning.

The Licensing Room is aimed at aspiring entrepreneurs who wish to learn more about the $280 billion global licensing and merchandising business.

Each session will be 60 minutes in duration, with a speaker setting the tone for the discussion by sharing some insights and key statistics about the category, as well as highlighting a few key case studies from his/her own career/brand. This will be followed by 30 minutes of Q&A.

The series began this morning (November 1) with a discussion on the largest category (by share and revenue), Character and Entertainment.

It was hosted by Anand Singh, senior director of Cartoon Network Enterprises, Asia, who shared his views on future trends and opportunities.
