The finalists in the Gift of the Year Awards 2024 have been revealed today (20 February) by The Giftware Association, with licensed products featuring across a range of categories.
The winners and highly commended products will be announced at The Gift Awards, to be held at London’s glittering Royal Lancaster Hotel on Thursday16 May 2024, once again bringing together both sides of the gift industry – the Gift Of The Year awards and the Greats gift retailer awards – to celebrate the best in product and the best in retail.
The finalists in the Branded Gift category are:
- Bagpuss Cat – Warmies
- Shaun the Sheep Plantable Children’s Book – Willsow
- Shaun the Sheep x Little Beau Sheep – Little Beau Sheep
- Taskmaster Christmas Crackers – Puzzle Post
- The Traitors Special Edition Card Game – Ginger Fox Games
- WWF x Beevive: Save the Bees Range – Beevive
Licensed products also appear throughout a number of different categories across the awards.
Rainbow Designs and Burgon & Ball are both finalists in the Children’s, Educational and Preschool category with The Adventures of Paddington Tea Set and Soft Toy and RHS Growing Gardeners family gardening range respectively.
I Like Birds Glasses Cases & Premium Glasses Cloths from Opticaid UK is given a nod in Fashion Accessories & Jewellery; Sara Miller Easter Gifting from Elite is included in Festive & Occasions; while Gibsons‘ Fast Track TfL Card Game is a finalist in Games and Puzzles.
Within the Heritage Gifts incorporating Commemorative, Collectable and Charitable category, Playpress Toys is a finalist with its RNLI Boat House, as is the Marmalade x National Gallery Reed Diffuser Masterpiece scents collection.
Even pets are catered for, with Fizz Creations‘ Grinch Pet Toys and Enesco‘s Scion Living Pet Bed included in the Pet Gift category.
