From Stitch, Moana and Hulk to Bumblebee, PAW Patrol and Numberblocks, an A-list cast of much-loved screen characters will feature in this year’s Christmas bestsellers list, according to Hamleys expert buyers.
With a ‘giggling, wiggling, wobbling’ Stitch and a collectable LEGO set for adult sci-fi fans, this year’s hot list spans newborns, teens and adults – with over half the listing being licensed products.
From dynamic vehicles to mermaids and musical maths, children are encouraged to dive into worlds of wonder, problem-solving and hands-on engagement – not only entertaining, but supporting storytelling and motor skills.
“Some of the toys on this year’s list foster a sense of connection, comfort and familiarity, whether they are transforming Bumblebee, sending Chase on an epic PAW Patrol rescue mission or enjoying Stitch giggle his way around the home,” commented Victoria Kay, head buyer at Hamleys. “There’s also toys that simply endure year on year like Play-Doh, fun cars and the latest dart blaster.”
