Bob the Builder creator to give keynote address during May event in Berlin.
LIMA’s two-day Mind Mix event in Berlin is taking shape – with Keith Chapman being confirmed as the keynote speaker.
Keith – who created Bob the Builder, Fifi and the Flowertots, Roary the Racing Car and, more recently, Paw Patrol – will talk to delegates about what he has learnt during his years in the business.
Before forming Chapman Entertainment in 2001 with partners Greg Lynn and Andrew Haydon, Keith worked for The Jim Henson Company on The Muppets, Muppett Babies and Fraggle Rock.
“I am very honoured and excited to keynote LIMA’s Mind Mix event in Berlin this year,” Keith commented. “I look forward to sharing with attendees from all across the industry some of the key lessons I’ve learned in creating, producing and licensing globally successful preschool properties, and providing information and insight to help them realise the full potential of their own intellectual creations.”
Taking place on May 11 and 12 in Berlin, Mind Mix is being billed as two-day ‘idea exchange’ designed specifically for licensing, retail, manufacturing and marketing executives.
The event will also include networking events and a retail tour of Berlin.
“We are very excited to introduce Mind Mix to our members and provide them with a unique opportunity to discuss and share business ideas, challenges and trends with one another in an intimate and relaxed setting,” said LIMA president Charles Riotto.
