Our award-winning Studio has a vacancy for: Licensing Manager

Salary based on experience. Full-time position. Watford. (39 hours per week)

The Licensing Manager is responsible for ensuring Woodmansterne secures and nurtures the best licensing partnerships and artist relationships to enhance a growing and evolving portfolio. This role requires someone with a proven track record of identifying and delivery new, exciting and brand-aligned licensing opportunities, as well as managing and growing existing relationships successfully. Undertaking negotiations with a variety of partners, you will require a complete and authoritative understanding of licensing agreements and must uphold Woodmansterne’s reputation in licensing success.

Woodmansterne is looking for an individual with great communication skills, that works well with others and shows initiative, as well as a desire to grow with an ambitious company. In dealing with contracts, someone that will keep abreast of changes in legal requirements and with IT systems, showing an adeptness and desire to move with technology. A pride in accuracy, timeliness and a keen eye-for-detail are essential for the role. Education to degree level or equivalent is expected, as is an exceptionally high standard of written and spoken English.
