Bulldog Licensing is an international agency representing some of the world’s leading licensors and brands including Care Bears, Sesame Street, Me to You and BEYBLADE X. Bulldog is a dynamic, fast-paced working environment and the company is now looking to hire a Licensing Coordinator to provide support across all areas of the business.
Reporting to the Brand Manager, key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Coordination of the contract approvals process, helping to ensure that new deals are executed in a timely manner
- Product approval support, including submitting concepts & samples, tracking and processing feedback
- Assisting Brand Manager in development and maintenance of sales materials and presentations
- PR support including press releases and trade marketing
- Management of licensee lists
- Organisation of licensee days and events
- Admin support, including travel arrangements and agendas
- Trade shows – organisation of agendas, accommodation and supporting the Creative team with managing the Bulldog stand
- Supporting day-to-day needs of licensors and licensees
- Supporting the team in the development of licensing programs by researching product categories and industries and maintaining a database of potential products/ partners
- Management and coordination of internal meetings
Skills required
- Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and to manage both time and priorities
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Organised
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexible, with “can do” attitude towards all tasks
