You’ll Love This Job If

You want to be an integral part of the Commercial team, leading across key licensing projects linked to England Cricket and The Hundred.

You can be successful in the management of official apparel partner relationships, with Castore and New Balance, ensuring that these key partnerships deliver against agreed objectives.

You want to be part of a dynamic, supportive, and proactive team. This role is perfect for a motivated, passionate, and experienced candidate who is used to autonomy on projects under their control. You will have the ability to work collaboratively and energise those around you.

  • Day-to-day management of the licensing programme, acting as lead contact for all licensees to support business growth primarily domestically but also globally across England Cricket and The Hundred licensing portfolios
  • Identify, broker and negotiate commercial agreements with new and existing licensing partners to maximise revenue.
  • Collaborate with all licensed partners to define, design and deliver product ranges across all product categories in line with key moments throughout the cricketing season.
  • Plan and oversee brilliant in-event retail, working closely with venues and agency partners to ensure first-class delivery of the ECB’s licensing programme on a matchday.
  • Plan, recommend and model ECB’s stock commitment to maximise potential from licensees – working closely with e-commerce providers to ensure representation of the ECB’s licensed portfolio on owned channels.
  • Oversee forecasting for both England Cricket and The Hundred – tracking licensee performance against targets and quarterly royalty reports throughout the calendar year and reporting progress to senior management.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments within the commercial division (brand, marketing, comms, digital) to ensure promotion and effective marketing of key launches in the licensed product calendar.
  • Work closely with kit providers and licensees, ensure that ECB’s licensed products align with our wider sustainability objectives, ensuring we minimise our environmental impact.
  • Responsible for strategic planning to guide the longer-term vision for ECB’s licensing programme.

You’ll Have
