Licensing community collectively notches up over 11,100km in six weeks in memory of Kelvyn Gardner.
After six weeks of walking, running, cycling and even some open water swimming, the licensing community has smashed through its target to reach 10,000km in memory of Kelvyn Gardner.
Last week, the industry collectively achieved 1,513.23kms. This means that the total is 11,184.25kms, smashing the original 10,000kms target.
The Light Fund will be leaving the specially created club on Strava up following strong engagement from the licensing community over the past six weeks.
In addition, the merchandise will remain available including t-shirts and hoodies for adults and children, plus mugs, keyrings and pet accessories, with all profits from the sale of the merchandise going to The Light Fund to help deserving causes in Kelvyn’s name.
The merchandise is available from www.10000km4Kelvyn.com.
Trevor Jones, chairman of The Light Fund, told LicensingSource.net: “The 10000km for Kelvyn target has been reached by the licensing community coming together to reach a common goal in memory of ‘one of our own’ Kelvyn Gardner, who we lost earlier this year. It’s a heartwarming achievement in these challenging times.”
