Total distance covered so far during The Light Fund challenge stands at just over 8,800km.
This week should see the licensing community pass the magic 10,000km mark in its special challenge in memory of Kelvyn Gardner.
Throughout April, the industry has been taking part in the initiative from The Light Fund, walking, running, cycling or swimming to reach 10,000km, with the cumulative effort being tracked on Strava.
Last week, participants managed a record 2,275.41kms for Kelvyn, which takes the total distance covered so far to 8,802.02kms.
There’s also still time to get your hands on the dedicated merchandise which is available from www.10000km4Kelvyn.com. There are t-shirts and hoodies for adults and children, plus mugs, keyrings and pet accessories, with all profits from the sale of the merchandise going to The Light Fund to help deserving causes in Kelvyn’s name.
Or, for those who would prefer to make a donation, they can do so via a JustGiving page.
The 10000km4kelvyn Strava club can be easily found by clicking on this link.
