Hype teams with L.O.L. Surprise on second capsule collection

Lifestyle apparel and accessories brand, Hype is once again teaming up with MGA Entertainment’s L.O.L. Surprise for a second capsule collection.

The new range – inspired by the world of the hit brand – features a 10-piece limited set of backpacks and lunchbags.

The backpacks are designed in Hype’s iconic backpack shape highlighting their extra-durable padded straps, grab handle, front pocket and branded inside lining. Encompassing seven different designs in traditional all-over prints entwined with the inspiration of L.O.L. Surprise!, the backpacks feature the introduction of glitter and PU raised fabrics. Each backpack also comes with a detachable branded rubberised keychain.

Meanwhile, the three-piece limited edition lunchbag range boasts insulated lining, side mesh water bottle holder, mini front pocket and a grab handle.

“We are thrilled to have the opportunity of designing and developing a second collection with L.O.L. Surprise! on the back of a highly successful and much sought after first capsule,” commented Mike Thompson, coo at Hype. “Our latest offering encompasses a curated back to school edition focusing on iconic all over prints and fabrics.”

Mindy Puente-Escalera, svp global licensing at MGA Entertainment, continued: “MGA Entertainment is proud to continue our partnership with Hype after the success of our first collaboration with L.O.L. Surprise! apparel, backpacks and more in July 2021. Partnering with global brands such as Hype allows us to continue to provide more touchpoints for the brand for our fans, and we believe kids will love this second collection to bring to school.”
