Gifts and ceramics licensee, My Gifts Trade, secures listing for design brand.
Dorset design brand Hinchcliffe & Barber will be appearing in John Lewis and Peter Jones stores later this year, courtesy of gift and ceramics licensee My Gifts Trade.
The company has secured a listing with the retailer for its spring/summer range of ceramics, kitchen, garden and gift stationery products, as well as a selection of bags.
The products cover four Hinchcliffe & Barber ranges: Grey Songbird, True Blue, Sailing and Blue Gull.
The lines will be available in 11 John Lewis and Peter Jones stores, including the Oxford Street branch, from late spring.
The listing represents a major breakthrough for My Gifts Trade and the Hinchcliffe & Barber brand, which is already enjoying success in the independent sector.
My Gifts Trade will be showcasing the line at Spring Fair next month (Hall 4 G44).
Hinchcliffe & Barber was established in 1980 and uses traditional craft skills such as potato prints, cut outs and block prints.
JELC is handling the licensing programme.
