New collection follows on from success of first project together last year.
Following on from a successful collaboration last year, Hello Kitty is once again teaming up with Furla.
This time, the popular character is joined by My Melody, with the story around the collection focusing on a ‘journey into infinite space’.
Three new prints have been introduced: My Melody sitting on Saturn’s rings, surrounded by constellations on a dark blue background; Hello Kitty hiding behind Saturn in a Planets pattern, surrounded by stars which orbit her on a Camelia background; and Hello Kitty aboard a large, colourful rocket flying through space.
All of the prints – which have been created using a digitally stylised cartoon graphic – are brought to life on Furla’s Metropolis crossbody bag, available in three versions.
Two Metropolis bags featuring the faces of Hello Kitty and My Melody complete the capsule collection.
Printed fabric bands have also made their debut in the collection – to add to the bags or to be worn as bracelets – while there are also My Play Furla flaps for fans to customise their bags, plus small leather goods such as wallets and card cases.
