Fox to bring big names to BLE show floor

New properties Bob’s Burgers and Son of Zorn to line-up alongside classic brands.

20th Century Fox Consumer Products is gearing up to bring a raft of new TV properties to Brand Licensing Europe in October.

New brands including the hotly tipped Bob’s Burgers and Son of Zorn – as well as reboots from Prison Break and 24: Legacy – will line up alongside classic properties on the company’s stand (E30).

FCP will show new developments for Family Guy and The Simpsons, with the latter being described as a complete lifestyle proposition.

Moving into movies, and FCP will showcase Ice Age – officially the biggest animated franchise globally – plus upcoming films for 2017 including Ferdinand, the new Blue Sky Studios animation, War for the Planet of the Apes and Alien: Covenant, plus The Greatest Showman.

New for 2018 comes the highly anticipated Alita: Battle Angel, while the first of four Avatar sequels is planned for release later in that year. Blue Sky’s new family animation, Pigeon Impossible, is scheduled for 2019.

In addition, the studio’s vast archive including Hollywood classics will also be showcased. These include the likes of the Fox Marilyn Monroe movies, Gentlemen Prefer Blondes and How To Marry A Millionaire, plus iconic titles ranging from Titanic and Romeo & Juliet to Edward Scissorhands, Home Alone and Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
