Fossil Group teams with BMW for watch range

Company will design branded watches and accessories to be sold globally.

BMW branded watches and accessories are due to launch in 2019, following a deal between the automotive brand and Fossil Group.

The global licensing deal will see the design, development and distribution of BMW branded watches and smart watches through to 2023, reported Fashion United.

The first collections will be available in 2019 and will be sold globally in more than 4,000 BMW retail channels and key retailers in Fossil Group’s network.

“BMW is one of the most iconic brands in the world,” said Kosta Kartsotis, chairman and ceoof Fossil Group. “We look forward to bringing our watch design expertise and smart watch capabilities to BMW enthusiasts around the world.”
