Flying Scotsman steams into Forza Horizon 4

Players are tasked with racing against Flying Scotsman in a showcase event in the video game.

Science Museum Group has revealed that fans of Flying Scotsman are now able to race against the locomotive in Microsoft’s new video game, Forza Horizon 4.

The Xbox One and PC title features gameplay centred around a fictional motorsport festival. Players are invited to Great Britain to explore the castles, lakes and scenic countryside of northern England, the sweeping vistas of the Welsh moors and the historic city of Edinburgh.

Flying Scotsman can be seen in all its glory, with players tasked with racing against the locomotive in a showcase event.

Science Museum Group described Flying Scotsman’s inclusion in the game as ‘the perfect marriage of the historic and modern’, showing that the locomotive still has a ‘fantastic brand affiliation’ in today’s fast paced world.
