Fluid World adds Supa Strikas to its roster

Company appointed as official UK and European agent for football-themed cartoon series.

Fluid World has been appointed as the official UK and European agent (excluding Benelux) for the football-themed cartoon series, Supa Strikas.

The series is broadcast on Disney channels worldwide and follows the fortunes of The Supa Strikas team as they battle to win the Super League Trophy.

The show launched on Disney XD in the UK in June and has rated number one on the channel for boys aged four to 15, reaching over 212,000 boys.

Fluid World will be eyeing potential categories including toys, stationery, homewares, toiletries and confectionery among others.

Andrew Lane, ceo of Fluid World, said: “I am really excited to be adding Supa Strikas to our portfolio of brands.

“Before establishing Fluid World in 2008, I set up the licensing division at Arsenal football club and negotiated the Premier League licences for Hasbro’s Subbuteo, achievements which I will draw upon to build the Supa Strikas brand in Europe.”
