Fashion UK on board with Toikido and Piñata Smashlings

Toikido has formed a new partnership with Fashion UK to launch a dedicated apparel range for its first in-house IP, Piñata Smashlings.

Toikido believes that Piñata Smashlings is set to become one of 2023’s most exciting children’s brands, offering a unique and exciting Roblox game, together with suite of toys, collectables, trading cards, books, plush and apparel – all scheduled for release from July onwards.

The company has also recently announced its partnership with IMG to spearhead the licensing programme across EMEA, Latam and Asia.

Fashion UK is already working on an apparel and footwear collection for the brand, with the first products due to hit shelves from early 2024.

“Fashion UK are absolutely delighted to further expand our portfolio of amazing brands,” commented Craig Moore, head of UK sales and operations at Fashion UK. “Piñata Smashlings is a brand we’re excited to begin working with and the many exciting retail activities we have planned.

“Our creative team are looking forward to working with the most ‘excitable and energetic’ creatures around.”

Will Ochoa, cco at Toikido, continued: “The Piñata Smashlings IP is gaining pace and quickly – with the brand set to take the global toy and entertainment industry by storm from this summer.

“With a portfolio of household brands, we are delighted to be partnering with Fashion UK and for the team there to lead on the production of our very first Piñata Smashlings apparel, footwear and accessories range. We are huge fans of the work Fashions UK deliver and could not be more excited for our Smashlings products to hit retailer shelves across the UK and EMEA in early 2024.”
