Eurosport launches cycle clothing line in UK

Launch marks first time Eurosport has produced a branded clothing range for the UK consumer market.

Eurosport has teamed up with leading sportswear manufacturer, Tenn Outdoors, to launch a range of high-spec technical cycling clothing in the UK.

The Eurosport GC Collection is available in both male and female styles and aimed at all levels of cyclists.

The launch marks the first time Eurosport has produced a branded clothing range for the consumer market in the UK.

The collection includes jerseys, bib shorts, gloves, jackets, caps, gilets, socks and drinking bottles, all featuring the distinctive Eurosport branding. Products also have all the features that serious cyclists demand such as Italian-crafted grippers, lightweight performance fabrics, 3D Coolmax pads, mesh panelling and micro-perforated Lycra bib braces.

“Eurosport is without question the ‘Home of Cycling’ in Europe, with millions of fans watching the world’s biggest cycling races each year on our channels,” said Ian Woods, vp sales, international consumer products for Eurosport. “We are delighted that we can now offer these passionate supporters a premium range of apparel which rivals the best brands in the industry.

“Cycling is a hugely popular pastime in the UK and, with Eurosport’s heritage in the sport, it is a natural progression for us to further engage fans of our brand and our cycling coverage by giving them the opportunity to purchase high quality clothing designed by cyclists, for cyclists.”

Lauren Edwards-Fowle from Tenn Outdoors added: “We are delighted to have the opportunity to work with Eurosport, a brand synonymous with cycling across Europe.

“We are really proud of the product range we’ve created – the Eurosport brand gives an assurance of high quality which we have carried through into the fabrics and features of every product.”
