emoji brand loyalty campaign returns to Aldi

The emoji characters have returned to Aldi for the fifth time, with the retailer welcoming back the popular brand loyalty campaign.

This time, the spotlight is on professions, with Aldi inviting customers to collect 30 new job-themed emoji brand Stuxx.

From classic roles like firefighter, chef and hairdresser to cool new gigs like DJ, vlogger or even a professional gamer, there’s something to spark everyone’s imagination.

The campaign kicked off in all Belgian Aldi stores on Saturday 24 August and runs until Saturday 5 October.

For every €15 spent, customers will receive a free emoji brand Stuxx and, for those who want to take their collections to the next level, a special collector’s album is available for €2.49, complete with two board games.

“With the emoji characters, we primarily want to reward our customers for their loyalty,” commented Isabel Henderick, md, marketing and communications at ALDI. “We choose themes that inspire, such as music, sports and – this year – professions. This will make it both affordable and fun for families to shop at ALDI during the busy month of September.”

Marco Hüsges, ceo of emoji, added: “We’re thrilled to partner with ALDI once again, bringing our beloved characters to life in a way that encourages people to dream big and explore the endless possibilities of their future careers.”
