Edutainment Licensing eyes Asia brand growth

Empire Multimedia on board as sub-agent for Arty Mouse and Super Geek Heroes.

Edutainment Licensing is looking for further growth for the Arty Mouse and Super Geek Heroes brands in Asia – appointing a new sub-agent in the territory.

Empire Multimedia is now on board to represent both brands in the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and South Korea.

Empire Multimedia will be showcasing the brands at the upcoming Licensing Expo China.

Denise Deane, owner of Edutainment Licensing, commented: “Innovative and customised business solutions consistently position Empire well ahead of the competition and we are delighted to be working with such a well-known agency in their territory and true experts in the licensing industry.”

Both Dan Graham, editorial director of Top That Publishing (brand owner for Arty Mouse), and David Lawrence Jones, ceo of Super Geek Heroes’ owner Yellow Spot Productions, are both looking forward to their brands expanding into the territory.

In addition, Hubert Co, president of Empire Multimedia, said: “Southeast Asia is full of opportunities for merchandise and promotions licensing. We at Empire are very happy to partner with Edutainment Licensing in developing these two exciting properties in our territories.

“We know it will go far as the educational values and novelty of the two brands are suitable for the Southeast Asian markets.”
