EA Sports becomes club’s official video game partner for 2016/2017.
EA Sports has kicked off a new partnership with Crystal Palace Football Club, becoming its official video games partner for 2016/2017.
In addition, EA Sports will also sponsor all junior shirts throughout the season, with branding appearing on the club’s academy shirts and the junior sizes on sale in the club store.
The partnership will see some key initiatives announced for junior members including an exclusive FIFA 17 Crystal Palace Football Club pack sleeve and competitions in the club’s match day Fanzone.
The fanzone will now include two FIFA 17 gaming pods and the popular EA dugout on a match day, plus fan engagement within the stadium.
Dan Holman, head of product marketing for EA Sports FIFA, commented: “It’s great to be working with another Premier League club and we look forward to bringing our authentic football experience to their junior fans.”
CPFC commercial director, Barry Webber, added: “I am delighted that EA Sports have joined our corporate family and we are now the first club in the Premier League to have EA Sports feature on our junior shirt.
“A partner such as EA SPORTS will certainly create an engaging and fun CPFC Fan Zone for our younger fanbase pre match.”
