DRi gets retail smiling with The Happy News

Stationery and gift lines performing well in John Lewis.

DRi Licensing is bringing a smile to the face of retail with feel good brand The Happy News.

The new stationery and gift ranges from Blueprint Collections and Widdop & Co are performing well in John Lewis, and are due to roll out across the high street over the next few months.

Pigment’s range of greeting cards are already established at retail, with dated lines from Portico following in the autumn.

The Happy News was created by Emily Coxhead in 2015 as a quarterly newspaper containing positive news stories from around the world.

Emily said: “Seeing my products in John Lewis is a dream come true. So much love has gone into them and it makes me the happiest to see them making people smile.”

Alicia Davenport, licensing director at DRi, added: “Emily is such a unique talent with a genuine urge to make the world a happier place.

“It’s so exciting to see Happy News products hitting stores, now is the perfect time for this amazing brand which I have no doubt has a very big future.”
