Dreamtex welcomes Moon and Me to roster

Textile specialist partners with Sutikki for new bedding collection for preschool favourite.

Dreamtex has further strengthened its preschool offering, partnering with Sutikki to make bedtimes even more magical for Moon and Me fans.

The collection inspired by the CBeebies hit includes bedding, towels and blankets featuring Pepi Nana, Moon Baby and other comical Toy House friends from the series.

A Moon and Me ‘Let’s Race’ reversible duvet and pillowcase (in junior and single sizes) has been released in time for Christmas, with further ‘Tiddle Toddle’ designs to follow in spring 2020.

In addition, the licensing deal also includes cushions, curtains and ponchos.

“We have been looking forward to launching Moon and Me for a long time now and we believe we have an incredibly appealing catalogue of designs to complement the story-telling and musical themes of the show,” said Anthony Duckworth, md of Dreamtex. “This is the perfect collaboration for Dreamtex, as when children wish their favourite characters goodnight at the end of each episode, they can then fall happily asleep under their Moon and Me duvet.

“It has been no surprise to us to hear how warmly Moon and Me has been received by preschoolers and their parents and we are excited to see the reaction to our textiles range as it continues to grow over the coming months.”

Stephen Gould, head of territory UK and EMEA at Sutikki, added: “To have Dreamtex enter the market earlier than compared with a standard licensing roll-out programme is tantamount to both the quickly established brand popularity of Moon and Me, as well as the overall design quality from this stalwart blue-ribbon licensee.”
