Dot Dash ties with ZeptoLab for Om Nom project

Creative agency recreated Om Nom in a kawaii style for new style guide.

Creative agency Dot Dash Design has collaborated with Zeptolab – the team behind mobile game series, Cut the Rope – to produce several new designs for its Om Nom Arts project.

The project focuses on the main character from the franchise, Om Nom, and sees him recreated in a number of different styles.

Dot Dash Design is to illustrate Om Nom using its own creative vision and has developed 15 new prints with Om Nom in its unique style.

“We were thrilled to be involved with this project. The guys from Zeptolab gave us free rein to recreate Om Nom in our kawaii style and we feel the result is strong and commercial. We can’t wait to see it on product,” commented Nick Goodman from Dot Dash Design.

Natalia Leon, Zeptolab’s international fashion director, added: “Fans of our game are progressive young people, so the partnership with Dot Dash Design is very inspiring for us.

“The designs from our new style guide look stylish and I’m sure they will be in demand not only among Cut The Rope fans, but also among lovers of fashionable merchandise.”

Zeptolab showcased the designs at Brand Licensing Europe last week and is looking to develop ranges with licensees and retailers within the apparel, accessories, stationery and homewares categories.
