Disney designs special Red Nose Day 2019 tees

Exclusive limited edition range is available at TK Maxx stores.

TK Maxx has launched an exclusive range of t-shirts and accessories for adults and children for Red Nose Day 2019 designed by Disney.

The adults’ attire stars renowned Disney characters Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Pluto, Eeyore and Goofy, with the childrens’ range also featuring Dumbo, Bambi and Winnie the Pooh, all ‘tee-hee-hee’ laughing and sporting red noses.

Photographer Greg Williams has also shot a host of celebrities from the world of fashion, entertainment and sport pledging their support.

Amanda Seyfried, Keira Knightley, Eddie Redmayne, Carey Mulligan and Chiwetel Ejiofor are fronting this year, supported by Olly Murs, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Eleanor Tomlinson, Lottie Moss, Jenna Coleman, Emily Atack, Luke Evans, Kimberley Walsh, Yasmin Le Bon, Katherine Jenkins, Sophie Dahl, Lewis Hamilton, Gareth Southgate, Aston Merrygold and Millie Mackintosh.

At least £4.50 from the sale of the adult and £2.50 from the kids’ ranges will go to Comic Relief.

In addition, Homesense – which is part of the TK Maxx family – will also be selling limited edition Red Nose Day aprons and accessories including tea towels, water bottles, notebooks and tote bags, all featuring Disney characters.

A Disney spokesperson said: “We are delighted to have inspired this year’s range for Red Nose Day. It’s great that our much loved characters will put smiles on people’s faces and help raise vital funds to bring comfort and inspiration to vulnerable children and their families in the UK and further afield.”

Liz Warner, ceo at Comic Relief, added: “Disney has some of the most loved and recognisable characters known around the world and we’re delighted to be able to feature Mickey and friends on this year’s merchandise.”

Red Nose Day 2019 takes place on Friday March 15.
