Cosmopolitan to launch cosmetics accessories line

Deal secured with Gina Concepts for new branded bags and accessories range.

Cosmopolitan-branded cosmetic bags and accessories are on the way, following a deal between Hearst Magazines and Gina Concepts.

The deal will see the launch of a new line including make-up brushes, bags and other tools such as sponges, eyelash curlers and tweezers.

The partnership was brokered by IMG, Cosmopolitan’s global licensing representative.

“Cosmopolitan is a champion of fashion and beauty in every form, and with this new line of cosmetic accessories, beautiful and functional design is at the heart of every piece allowing ‘Cosmo Girls’ of all ages to express their own unique style,” said Steve Ross, global chief licensing officer and head of brand development at Hearst Magazines.

Lenny Salama, president of Gina Concepts, added: “We’re thrilled about this exciting new venture. The line is carefully curated with the Cosmopolitan reader in mind.

“She is always up-to-date on the latest trends and this exciting new partnership – with a vibrant, empowering, and youthful attitude – will ensure she’s always feeling and looking her best too.”
