Copyrights unveils host of Paddington toy partners

Ravensburger, PMS International, University Games, Rainbow Designs all on board.

The Copyrights Group has bolstered the toy programme around the Paddington brand ahead of the release of the second movie.

Rainbow Designs, Ravensburger, PMS International and University Games will all be launching new ranges.

Ravensburger will be launching a 60-piece giant floor puzzle, 1,000-piece jigsaw puzzle and a 4 in a box puzzle, while PMS will release a number of colouring and activity lines under its retail arm, Gosh Designs.

University Games, meanwhile, will add Paddington Spot The Difference and Paddington Colour On to its games line-up, while a Paddington Board Game is also in development for an autumn/winter launch.

Rainbow Designs will also be unveiling its new Dancing Paddington and Cycling Paddington at a special event at Toy Fair this week.

On top of this, Trunki will introduce Paddington to its ride-on suitcase range in the summer, while Redan will launch a standalone magazine for November.

Rachel Clarke, licensing director at The Copyrights Group, commented: “We are delighted to be working with these fantastic new toy partners.

“Their products are a fabulous addition to the already extensive on-going Paddington merchandising programme and will be launching ahead of the hugely anticipated Paddington 2 movie in November 2017.”
