The Chupa Chups brand is moving into the popcorn category following a new deal with CRNCH Popcorn Concepts.
The Dutch company – which is part of the United Food & Beverage Group – has combined the crunch of popcorn with the sweet signature taste of the Chupa Chups apple, strawberry, cola and caramel lollipops.
The popcorn – which will come in 110 and 135 gram bags – will be officially presented during the upcoming ISM event in Cologne from 23-25 April, before launching this summer in the UK, Ireland and Benelux.
“Either during big birthday celebrations or intimate family TV nights, we are there, this time together with iconic flavoured Chupa Chups popcorn, to celebrate true joy,” commented Yuri Roosblad, director at United Food & Beverage Group. “We are enthusiastic about this great collaboration between partners that share the same values; bringing tasteful and joyful moments to families and friends across the world.”
