Costume characters booked to appear at host of events and light switch ons.
Its costume characters have already attended a number of festive events across the country, but with December 1 next week, Rainbow Productions is considerably ramping up for the Christmas season.
The company is currently working with brand owners and Hamleys ahead of this weekend’s Hamleys’ Christmas Toy Parade on London’s Regent Street (click here to read our story).
Rainbow Productions is scheduled to manage the personal appearance programme of over 30 licensed children’s characters.
A selection of upcoming character events are also taking place this week, including The Gruffalo heading to Regent Arcade Shopping Centre in Cheltenham (November 26); Peppa Pig visiting Elliot’s Field Shopping Park in Rugby (November 26); Leo and Raph from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles going to Rainham in Kent on behalf of Medway Council (November 27); Spindles Town Square Shopping Centre in Oldham will host appearances by Fireman Sam (November 28); and Ben and Holly will head to St Tydfil Shopping Centre in Merthyr Tydfil, Wales (November 28).
Christmas light switch ons have already taken place with The Snowman, Ben and Holly, Bing and Flop and The Gruffalo, with more in the pipeline following the Hamleys weekend and into December.
